Queen Ursula

Hi!

I’ve not been about for a while, I know that last year I had intentions of blogging more and it didn’t happen .. I think I might have even said it the year before as well but life has always got in the way! 

2016 was a pretty shitty year for me in general. I started the year with Barry the Bloodclot in my leg, a potentially life threatening illness which fortunately has now cleared but wasn’t a fun time for anyone while he was with us. sadly towards the end of last year and at the start of this year, I lost some family members who were very dear to me. The past few months have been a dark time because frankly, I’m not someone that deals with death well. 

That combined with work issues and a business which spiralled out of my control for a while made for a pretty hectic year. 

The best thing to come out of 2016 was my wonderful relationship with my amazing Mark. I’m a very lucky girl and can’t wait to see what the future holds for us. 

Moving forward with the year ahead, I have lots of content ideas for my blog so I’m going to ressurect her from the ashes, blow off the dust and start sharing content again. 

 I am passionate about plus size fashion, Disney bounding and cosplay so I’m super excited to start sharing some of my latest finds, ideas on upcycling clothes into Disney fashion, how I outfit plan for trips, some of my fave custom made dress sellers and there may even be a sneaky little collaboration in the works! 

Let me know if you want to see more Disney inspired make up looks … I know I only shared a couple but I do have plenty of ideas for more if that’s something you might want to see? 

I will also have a big post on my Halloween soirée costume as becoming Ursula was a pretty spectacular achievement for me and I had the most incredible night.
